Adega do Cantor liegt in Guia, wenige Kilometer nordwestlich von Albufeira, im Zentrum der Algarve. Es wurde gebaut, um Wein, vor allem die Weine Vida und Onda Nova, aus drei umliegenden Quintas, Quinta do Moinho, Quinta do Miradouro und Vale do Sobreiro zu produzieren. Adega do Cantor is located in Guia, a few kilometres northwest of Albufeira, in the centre of the Algarve. It was built to produce wine, particularly the Vida and Onda Nova wines, from three surrounding quintas, Quinta do Moinho, Quinta do Miradouro and Vale do Sobreiro. Their goal is to produce the highest quality wine in the region using a combination of traditional and innovative winemaking techniques. The winery is located on the top of Quinta do Miradouro, from where you have breath taking views of the surrounding vineyards and the coastline.
